Norther Quarter Neighbourhood Officers PC 07808 Barnwell and PC 06598 Read, working alongside PC 9091 Hunt and PC 9094 Marshall, have taken decisive action in the Northern Quarter with the arrest and charging of three individuals identified as persistent offenders in the area.
This proactive work has resulted in a male being charged with a theft offence, a female being charged with burglary, and another male being charged with four shoplifting offences. The team are in the process of pursuing Criminal Behaviour Orders against all three offenders to further protect the Northern Quarter community and prevent future offending.
These arrests reflect the team’s continued commitment to safeguarding the community, reducing crime, and ensuring that those who repeatedly target local residents and businesses are held to account.
The Northern Quarter officers will continue their focused efforts to ensure that the area is safe and thriving.
